Pre-requisites - None Minimum Age - 12 years old Information on BSAC Junior Divers Ocean Diver is made up of 7 classroom sessions, 5 sheltered water sessions where you will learn new skills and 4 open water dives in the sea. You will need to be able to swim 200 meters unaided. Duration - 4 days What does this enable me to do? You will be able to dive with another Ocean Diver or equivalent (apart from in Malta) in similar conditions to which you trained in to a maximum depth of 20 meters. As this is a referral you would complete the remaining modules that you have not done. Duration - 1 - 4 days What does this enable me to do? You will be able to dive with another Ocean Diver or equivalent (apart from in Malta) in similar conditions to which you trained in to a maximum depth of 20 meters. As this is a referral you would complete the sections not finished. Duration - 1-4 days What does this enable me to do? You will be able to dive with another Sports Diver or equivalent in similar conditions to which you trained in to a maximum depth of 35 meters. We have split it up into 2 sections to make it easier if you are a little short on time. Section I is made up of 12 classroom sessions, 7 open water dives in the sea, and 2 dry practical sessions. Duration - 6 days What does this enable me to do? Once you have completed part II of your Dive Leader you will be able to guide trainee Ocean divers to enable them to gain more experience. You can also plan and conduct decompression dives to a maximum of 50 meters which needs to be increased progressively from 35 metres. Pre-requisites - Completed BSAC Dive Leader Part I Minimum Age - 12 years old Information on BSAC Junior Divers Dive Leader is a long and comprehensive course. We have split it up into 2 sections to make it easier if you are a little short on time. Section I is made up of 12 classroom sessions, 7 open water dives in the sea, and 2 dry practical sessions. Section II is the remainder of the experience dives needed to qualify as a Dive Leader. You need to have a minimum of 20 dives after certification as a Sport Diver. Duration - 1-7 days What does this enable me to do? You will be able to guide trainee Ocean divers to enable them to gain more experience. You can also plan and conduct decompression dives to a maximum of 50 meters which needs to be increased progressively from 35 meters. Price - Depends on the number of dives you need to complete, extra supplements will be necessary for boat and night dives.
