Due to being let down by some
customers, unfortunately, we have found it necessary to include
these Conditions of Booking.
Payments for dives, packages and courses will be paid
on the first day of diving. Any supplements will be paid on the last day
of diving.
No refunds will be given if
courses or dives are not completed.
If supplements are involved, such
as a boat, Gozo trip or night dive the full supplement will be charged.
Medical reasons and other
extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration, but please
realise that we have to pay other staff, and sometimes vehicle and boat hire. |
