Minimum Age - 18 years old

Divemaster is the first professional level in PADI.  As a qualified Divemaster you can work anywhere in the world.  A Divemaster can lead certified divers and help an Instructor with courses.  The course involves knowledge development, upgrading your skills to demonstration quality - just like your instructors.  Practicing leading dives with certified divers, and assisting on courses.

The Divemaster course can be done in around 2 weeks which is very intensive, and home study before starting the course is highly recommended.

The other option is to participate in a Divemaster internship.  This can be completed in anything from a month upwards.  You will learn more about how the Dive Centre works and what goes on behind the scenes.  You will assist on more courses and gain more practice at the skills you will need to become a safe and responsible Divemaster.  You will work with all the instructors so you gain an in depth knowledge of the Divemaster role.

We offer great discounts on your Divemaster for internships.  Please e-mail us with your details, and how long you would like to do the course over.

We can also arrange accommodation whilst you complete your Divemaster internship.

We can arrange for your medical to be done here, which costs approximately €15.00 Lm6.44, a lot cheaper than having it done at home.  We can also complete your Emergency First Response certification before you start the Divemaster.
